Add a "recommended # of pads" section for sector info

When making premium topos, it would be nice to add information on how many bouldering pads would be required/suggested by the topo authors for safe climbing. Currently this information can only be conveyed through the topo description, but especially with areas with a lot of different and differing sectors, the amount of pads required for safe climbing varies massively.
