Always show parking/navigate button, even if parking is missing

Case Niemisel: Parking has not been added so all the navigation features are unavailable. User felt navigation feature is missing completely from the new app.

Fixes:

• If parking has not been added show greyed out Parking button, or other hint (like text parking has not been added yet”) noting this feature is not available for this crag.

• If parking has not been added offer to copy crag coordinates. Can lead to very bad navigation results, but still better than nothing?
