Always show parking/navigate button, even if parking is missing

Case niemisel: Parking has not been added, so parking button is not shown. User felt the feature is completely missing from the app, and app is lacking very important feature

Fixes:

• if parking has not been added, show greyed out parking button with hint text “parking has not been added yet”

• offer to copy/navigate to crag coordinates. This can/will lead very bad navigation, but still better than nothing.
