Description text disappears when changing suggested grade while ticking a route

Description: When ticking a route, the description text disappears if the user changes the suggested grade. This can lead to lost input and forces the user to re-enter the description.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a route and start the tick flow.

2. Enter text in the description field.

3. Change the suggested grade.

4. Observe that the description text disappears.

Expected result: The description text should remain in place when changing the suggested grade.

Actual result: The description field is cleared or the text disappears after changing the suggested grade.
