Prevent users adding routes without image and/or line

It’s pretty frustrating to keep finding spots that have tens and tens of lines but not a single image or line drawn.

I understand it takes time to make topos so of course it should be possible to add few, let’s say 25 routes, without images or lines drawn but after that users would have to draw the lines before they can continue adding more.

Not naming any names but if I would write an fictional book about this I would call the main character Ville K. He likes to add routes but never ever add any images or draw lines. Then when somebody adds a new route he pops in to let people know that he climbed this line already back in the 1800’s. That is sh*t!!!! This would also mostly prevent that from happening since the line would have to be drawn already
