Remove uncurated content filter

Remove “Show uncurated content” filter.

As a user I don’t think if the content is curated or not. Most of the time free topo is as good as premium and by default hiding those spots from the map is only causing harm to users.

Instead I would use different icons for premium and free topos. Maybe add small jewel icon on top of the premium topo or something. But do not hide free topos!
