Show boulders/sectors even without routes (for authors)

Currently, it's not possible to see boulders or sectors that don't have any routes. This makes things a bit messy from an author's perspective and makes it harder to keep track.

I understand that this might be hidden from regular users to reduce clutter, but I think it would be a great feature to allow uploading images of boulders even if they haven't been climbed yet - especially if done properly and the rock has good quality. It's useful for visualizing potential new lines and helps with futuree velopment.
