To-dos added on web do not appear in the app

When adding a route to the to-do list on the web version, it does not show up in the mobile app. This creates inconsistency between platforms and makes it unclear whether the action was successful.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 27crags on web.

2. Add a route to your to-do list.

3. Open the mobile app.

4. Navigate to To-dos.

5. Observe that the newly added route is missing.

Expected result: To-dos added on the web should sync and appear in the mobile app.

Actual result: The to-do does not appear in the app.
