To-dos list search and filter do not work together

Description

When searching in the to-do list filters do not apply.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start the app and go to To-dos

2. Search for a term from your list (crag name)

3. Apply a difficulty filter

4. Observe that the list is filtered by the crag name but not filtered by the difficulty

Expected behavior

Both of the filter and search work together to filter the results.
