Topo authors should have access to all ticks and comments per crag

Description:
As a topo author, I would like to see all ticks and associated comments made by users on routes within a crag. This would help maintain route information more accurately and up to date. For example, I often write in my own ticks whether a route is brushed or not — and the presence of a tick itself may indicate that a route was recently cleaned or climbed. These comments and tick histories contain valuable insights about conditions, holds, grading consensus, and more.

I suggest a dedicated feed per crag that lists all user ticks and their comments (possibly even private ones, just for authors), to help authors continuously improve the quality of the crag’s data.

Suggested benefits:

• Identify which routes are actively climbed

• Spot trends in grading or condition feedback

• Update route descriptions with real-time user input

• Help authors prioritize maintenance or documentation

• Strengthen collaboration between users and topo maintainers

Expected functionality:

• A chronological feed of all ticks, tick notes and comments for routes within a crag

• Visibility limited to topo authors (maybe only admin for integrity)
