Topo edit general

While adding new topos in crags I encounter some issues and will list them here.

• After adding sectors/topos and images they don't always show up on the map, I try to close the app and open again and try to refresh on the main screen. They seem to get added later though. Some take a day or more to get added.

• Adding a new topo I sometimes get the error message there is no editable crag in range. But if I move the curser closer to the crag and then move it back to where the new should be it works.
